Terms of Service

1. Reservations

  • Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message.
  • Your reservation is held for 30 minutes past the start time. If you have not arrived by then, we reserve the right to release your spot.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the reservation start time are fully refundable (if a deposit was paid).
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows without prior notice may result in the full deposit being forfeited.

3. Weather Policy

In case of severe weather (rain, storms), we will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost. If conditions are uncertain on the day of your reservation, feel free to call us for an update.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your reservation will be honored.

5. House Rules

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other visitors.
  • Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave if house rules are not respected.
  • Žale Beach Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

6. Liability

Žale Beach Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.
